Welcome to Wee Care Child Development Center, where we prioritize a child's total development through a holistic approach that encompasses both intellectual and spiritual growth. Our team of experienced educators is dedicated to creating a nurturing and loving environment that fosters curiosity, self-discipline, and self-actualization through structured play and learning. Our educators continue their education with a minimum of a CDA. All of our lead educators have Associate's or Bachelor's Degrees in Early Childhood Education.
Wee Care Child Development Center uses a combination of a nationally recognized curriculum, HighScope, with the Indiana Early Learning Standards (ISPROUT) through the Indiana Department of Education. Our curriculum is hand-tailored based on assessing the children’s needs, interests, and ages. The curriculum considers the children's special needs and their cognitive, social, emotional, and language development. The curriculum is continuously adapting for family needs, traditions, culture, language, input from teachers/educators, and children’s progress as they move through the program. Our environment promotes growth in various learning programs, including art, math, science, language development, and role-playing. By participating in our programs, children develop verbal language skills, increase their experiences, and become more confident, taking pride in their accomplishments. We believe that all of this has an immeasurable impact on the person they will become.
Our ultimate goal at Wee Care Child Development Center is to help children develop a well-rounded approach to life, positive self-esteem, sharp socialization skills, and excellent academic abilities. Contact us today to schedule a tour and see how we can help your child grow and thrive!

At Wee Care Child Development Center, we understand the importance of lower child-educator ratios for the safety and optimal learning of our students. That's why we follow the ratio standards set by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). We believe that our staffing directly affects the quality of care we provide and creates a more enjoyable environment for both children and staff.
In addition, we work hard to ensure that our classrooms are well-equipped with all the necessary tools to run a quality program. We understand that having access to the right resources is essential for providing high-quality care and education to our students. To achieve this, we constantly search for new grants and programs that can help us maintain our facilities without passing on additional costs to parents.
At Wee Care Child Development Center, we are committed to providing the best possible learning experience for your child. Contact us today to learn more about our child-teacher ratios and the resources we offer to support your child's development.
At Wee Care Child Development Center, we believe that meals are an essential part of our curriculum, and we strive to teach children the importance of healthy eating habits. As part of our commitment to providing nutritious meals, we participate in the Federal Food/Nutrition Program. We offer a variety of meal times to ensure that your child is adequately nourished throughout the day. Breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m., with a snack at 9:00 a.m, lunch is served at 11:30 a.m., followed by another snack at 2:30 p.m. To maintain a safe and healthy environment for all students, any treats brought from home must be commercially prepared or individually packaged.
If you are interested in subsidizing your child's lunch or bringing food from home, please speak to the Director to ensure that the necessary paperwork is completed to accommodate your request.

At Wee Care Child Development Center, we understand that rest is an essential part of a child's daily routine. That's why we provide rest periods for all children as needed, typically from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. If a child is unable to sleep after 30 minutes, we offer other quiet activities to help them relax and recharge.
To ensure that your child is comfortable during rest time, we provide cots for each child. We kindly ask that you bring a small pillow and a cot-sized blanket for your child, which will be sent home every Friday to be washed and returned on Monday.
